Forms
Forms on the Unified Title Company website have been created with various software programs including Adobe (“.pdf”), Microsoft Excel 2016 (“.xltm”) and Microsoft Word 2016 (“.docx”). Forms have been prepared and should be printed on 8.5 x 14 (LEGAL SIZED) paper. You may download forms to your own workstation.
Excel
For your convenience, Excel forms are protected to facilitate completion of the fill-in fields. You need only select the Tab or Shift-Tab keys to navigate forward or backward through the fields.
Some Excel forms utilize macro buttons to enhance performance. Macro functionality may be affected by your security settings. You may either adjust your settings to allow functionality or simply toggle between workbook pages via the page tabs.
Word
For your convenience, Word forms are protected to facilitate completion of the fill-in fields. You need only select the Tab or Shift-Tab keys to navigate forward or backward through the fields.
For some fields in Word forms, you will be prompted to enter data into pop-up (dialog) boxes. For other fields, there are no data prompts. If you are unsure about the required input for a given field, use the HELP (F1) key to view a brief explanation.
