Colorado Springs – jet stream

The Jet Stream office opened in September 2008 to benefit northern Colorado Springs and our northern neighbors, Monument, Palmer Lake and Black Forest. The location was carefully chosen to be a north-central destination with much anticipated growth in the area. The closers and assistants at the Jet Stream office operate on a “team” concept. If you are unable to reach your closing team, anyone in our office is willing and able to get the information you need. If you are unable to get the closing time you need, we have someone who can step and make it happen! We enjoy working together and helping each other so we can best serve our clients. At Jet Stream, you are a familiar face and a part of our extended family.

Unified Title strongly believes we should give back to the communities we serve. We greatly appreciate the business we receive in the area and our employees enjoy giving back to the community by helping others who may be struggling. 

As a collective, we hold an annual golf tournament designated to raise money for Special Kids, Special Families. SKSF is an awesome local non-profit organization that assists children and adults with disabilities and special needs. As the years go by, our tournament and the amount of donations we have raised has progressively increased.

Also as a collective, each Christmas we sponsor a local family (sometimes more than one) by purchasing gifts, food, and gift cards to ensure they are able to celebrate and enjoy the holiday regardless of their current financial situation. We have worked with various organizations to find the family (or families) that would benefit the most from our involvement.
