Construction Disbursement includes collection and review of current draw invoices and prior draw lien waivers, a title status update and receipt and disbursement of draw funds. It does not include the cost of the policy endorsement (e.g., Form 122 Date Down) related to the title status update, nor does it include inspection services.

Set-up involves the collection, packaging and submission of required documents to the short sale lender(s). Processing involves the ongoing communication with the lender(s) between the time of package submission and short sale approval. As appropriate, set-up and processing services can be provided separately. For example, an agent in the middle of a short sale transaction may request that our Short Sale Division take over the processing of a package that has already been submitted for approval. Charges for itemized services are $150.00 for set-up and $300.00 for processing.

For a builder closing only one transaction per month, the closing fee is $100.00 for Schedule “A” counties and $125.00 for Schedule “B” counties.
