OWNER POLICY ENDORSEMENTS (Residential & Commercial)

Residential - Owner’s Extended Coverage (“OEC”)

For newly built homes, unplatted land (i.e., a metes/bounds legal description) and in designated high risk areas, a request for extended coverage will generally give rise to a survey requirement.

Commercial - Delete Standard Exceptions

A request for deletions on a commercial policy will generally give rise to a survey requirement. The level of survey - Improvement Location Certificate (ILC), Improvement Survey Plat or ALTA - will be dictated by the amount of risk (i.e., the policy amount).

The above list includes common endorsements for owner policies.
