Title Insurance Fee Categories
Title insurance fees fall into two basic categories:

Insurance Premiums - our underwriters insure ownership of real estate (i.e., owner's policies) and mortgage lien position (i.e., lender's policies). This category includes the policy and endorsement fees.

Escrow Fees - this category includes fees for the many services that we provide (e.g., closing a refinance or sale transaction).
Premium and escrow fees are filed with the Colorado Division of Insurance. Fees are not negotiable. However, fees do differ depending on the transaction type and premium discounts may apply.
